**Access Rehab Inc**, is a full-service Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation and Assessment Centre with over 22 years of experience and dedication to providing outstanding health care services by our team of qualified and experienced therapists and physicians.

The rehabilitation clinic is located within the newly built **York Major Medical Centre** in Vaughan (McNaughton /Major Mackenzie).

The clinic will provide all the necessary supplies.

The applicant will be skilled, personable, and committed to patient-centered care.

Applicant must be a self-motivated team player, have strong communication skills and be well organized with the ability to work independently minimum supervision.

**Job Description**:

- Applicant will assess and treat the patient according to their complaints of injuries and on-going chronic pain.
- Prepare and implement customized osteopathic treatment plan
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records, assessment notes and required correspondence

Applicant must be registered and in good standing with the Ontario Manual Practitioners & Ontario Osteopathic Association and must have Professional Liability Insurance

Contract-split
- Percentage split of the fees with the OMP and the clinic to be discussed.
