CIBC is looking for talented, motivated individuals like you to join our team of customer service professionals. Whether you're assisting clients in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels, your role will be essential in delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

**Roles included but not limited to**:

- Client Service Representative
- Customer Service Representative
- Call Centre Representative
- Call Centre Chat Representative

All Client Service representative and Customer Service Representative roles will be part
- time positions._**

**_
Our Chat Representative Position will be under a 12 month contract and based solely in the GTA (General Toronto Area)_**

**_
Call Centre Representative roles will be based out of Halifax, Toronto and Regina with possibility of a hybrid or remote working model._**

**Important Information for Remote/ Hybrid Positions**:

- Ability to work independently in a private and quiet workspace (ie. in a room or office with a door that closes).
- Wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (internet connection can be connected to modem through hard cable (not wireless) with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps).
- Satellite internet providers are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.
