**Responsibilities**:

- Enter customer information and vehicle serial number in computer system.
- Examine damaged vehicles.
- Estimate cost of body shop repairs.
- Obtain all insurance information.
- Order necessary parts.
- Minimum One year experience of estimating.
- Proficient in Mitchell Connect, Mitchell Ultramate and Audatex.
- Request supplementary labor revenue from customer or appraiser, if necessary.
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.
