**Rôle**

**Responsabilités principales**
- Travailler avec la direction pour préparer des prévisions et des budgets
- Développer un ensemble de rapports financiers mensuels et trimestriels pour la gestion
- Analyse mensuelle et trimestrielle des résultats réels à planifier ; identifier et expliquer les écarts régulièrement
- Identifier les indicateurs de performance clés pour les différentes parties prenantes
- Développer un tableau de bord des indicateurs de performance clés pour différentes parties prenantes
- Analyse de divers paramètres financiers et recommandations d’améliorations
- Préparer des modèles robustes et évolutifs à l'aide de fonctions Excel avancées
- Une analyse qui montre une bonne compréhension des détails, mais également une compréhension de l’ensemble du contexte.
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus métier existants
- Collaborer avec la gestion des inventaires, les achats, le développement de produits, les ventes et l'informatique pour identifier les processus critiques pouvant être améliorés avec de meilleures solutions de données.
- Effectuer des analyses de données pour soutenir divers projets spéciaux à mesure qu'ils se présentent

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente
- Compétences avancées pour travailler avec MS Office et les bases de données
- Expérience avec Syspro est un atout (mais pas obligatoire)
- Capacité à produire des livrables de haute qualité dans des délais serrés
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante (planifier, initier, hiérarchiser, exécuter) et également au sein d’une équipe (impliquer les principales parties prenantes, mettre à jour les progrès, aider les autres)
- Doit être bilingue (Anglais-Français)

**Responsibilities**
- Work with management to prepare forecasts and budgets
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial reporting package for management
- Monthly and quarterly analysis of actuals to plan; identify and explain variances on a regular basis
- Identify KPIs for various stakeholders
- Develop a KPI dashboard for different stakeholders
- Analysis of various financial metrics and recommendations for improvements
- Prepare robust and scalable models using advanced Excel functions
- Analysis that shows a strong grasp of the details but also an understanding of the bigger picture and context
- Identify improvement opportunities for existing business processes
- Collaborate with inventory management, purchasing, product development, sales and IT to identify critical processes that could be improved with better data solutions
- Perform ad hoc data analyses to support various special projects as they arise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5years of relevant work experience
- Advanced skills in working with MS Office and databases
- Experience with Syspro is an asset (but not required)
- Ability to produce high quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently (planning, initiating, prioritizing, executing) and as part of a team (involving key stakeholders, updating progress, assisting others)
- Must be bilingual (English & French)
