Experienced Salesperson

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson with a strong background in renovations and home improvement. This role requires a knowledgeable professional who can guide clients from initial consultation through the completion of their projects. You’ll be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client consultations to understand project goals and provide accurate quotes
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive project acquisition
- Work closely with clients throughout the project to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and local networks
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3+ years in sales, preferably in the renovations or construction industry
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with renovations, home improvement, and construction materials
- **Transportation**: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- **Availability**: Flexibility for client meetings and site visits as required
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- **Goal-Oriented**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
