Collicutt Supervisor

**The Opportunity**:
The Collicutt Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing, directing and promoting all aspects of the Collicutt Centre. This includes facility administration and supervision of staff engaged in marketing, programming, scheduling, maintaining and various other operations involved in the delivery of a comprehensive offering of leisure programs and facility services. This position is also responsible for ensuring a strong link to community needs.
- Related university undergraduate degree such as Recreation Administration, Physical Education or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five years experience at a management level in facility management and program service delivery that must include demonstrated innovation and marketing achievements.
- Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and procedures used in the administration of facilities, operations, programs and services.
- Ability to develop and maintain sound operation and maintenance procedures and systems, policies and procedures, and operations manuals.
- Ability to establish cordial relations with all major facility user groups, retail service providers, tenants, Collicutt Centre Stakeholder Team, a large facility staff, community partners, department staff, City officials, City departments, contractors, school boards, business community, service clubs, institutions and the general public.
- Knowledge of Federal and Provincial legislation and City by-laws governing the operation of public buildings.
- Standard First Aid certification

**Remuneration**:
$47.84 to $59.81 per hour.

$93,655 to $117,069 per annum.

**Hours of Work**:
75 hours biweekly, Monday to Friday. Ability to support evening and weekend responsibilities for operation and supervision of Collicutt Centre staff is required. Occasional evening and weekend work required to respond to public, media, technical, safety or staff concerns.
