Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure a well-kept environment
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning duties promptly
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed for cleaning tasks
- Provide excellent customer service while performing custodial duties
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required

**Skills**:

- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices
- Strong time management skills to meet cleaning schedules
- Ability to clean effectively using various tools and equipment
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools for cleaning purposes
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with custodial duties and responsibilities
- Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.85-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
