Burlington, Canada Aldershot Landscape Maintenance Ltd. Full time

Aldershot Landscape Maintenance is a well established landscape firm leading the industry and working on some of the most prestigious and challenging residential and commercial projects for over 70 years.

**Team Leader**
- Responsible for leading a crew of 2-3 employees while maintaining residential, commercial and industrial properties.
- G class drivers license with clean drivers abstract and be able to drive a pick up truck with trailer.
- Experience in the proper and safe operation of all landscape maintenance equipment such as zero turn lawnmowers, walk behinds, trimmers, pruners etc.
- Horticultural back ground and some plant material knowledge.
- Knowledge of horticultural and landscape maintenance practices.
- The ability to motivate, direct crew members and supervise for effective completion of work.
- The ability to interact with clientele and provide clients with great customer service.
- Some snow removal experience and be able to participate in our snow and ice management program during the winter months

**Crew Member**
- Some experience in the proper and safe operation of landscape maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, pruners etc.
- Enjoy outdoor work and able to work safely in a fast paced environment.
- Be available to work during the winter months with our snow and ice management team.
