Job Responsibilities:

- Perform various maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties
- Fix minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance
- Paint, putty and touch up interiors as needed
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide courteous and professional service to clients

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a handyman or maintenance work
- Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: $15.10-$37.70 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wasaga Beach, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
