TES | efaci, a forward-thinking waste management company, is seeking a dedicated Route & Fleet Operations Support to streamline our day-to-day logistics and operations. This role is crucial to our route-based services, ensuring smooth operations, enhanced team communication, and proficient management of both logistics and personnel.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
**Route Assistance & Daily Assignments**: Work directly with the Director/Manager to implement and oversee the planning, optimization, and assignment of daily routes. Responsible for pairing specific drivers and trucks to their respective routes.

**Operational Oversight**: Serve as the primary contact for drivers and field staff, providing real-time solutions, addressing challenges, and answering queries.

**Logistical Help**: Liaise with the fleet maintenance team to ensure vehicles are prepared for daily operations, coordinate routine checks, and monitor fuel levels.

**Feedback & Complaints**: Act as the main conduit for receiving and addressing complaints, feedback, or suggestions from operational staff, ensuring effective communication with upper management.

**Recruitment & Staff Management**: Support the HR Manager in the hiring processes for the operations team, from interviews to the onboarding of new hires and the offboarding of departing staff.

**Training & Development**: Engage in the consistent training and development of staff, ensuring they are acquainted with company protocols, policies, and essential technologies.

**Data Entry & Management**: Maintain and regularly update route databases to guarantee accuracy.

**Communication Bridge**: Facilitate transparent communication between various teams, including drivers, loaders, dispatch, and management.

**Safety Protocol & Compliance**: Uphold and enforce safety standards, ensuring all operational staff are informed and compliant.

**Documentation**: Oversee the organization and upkeep of essential paperwork, from daily logs to employee records.

At the core of our operations, the Route & Fleet Operations Support ensures the seamless functioning of our route-based services, emphasizing efficient communication and handling a diverse range of logistics and personnel-centric tasks.

**Requirements**: _Fixed hours of availability are a must, starting work at 6 AM daily and ending at 3 PM with a paid break._

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to excel standard routine & required daily tasks.
- Safety-consciousness and knowledge of safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in waste management, dispatch or related field.
- Familiarity with route management software.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: $24.00 per hour - $28.00 per hour
