**About the Role**
- Clean and prepare construction site areas
- Move equipment and tools
- Assist with framing, forming, and interior finishing tasks
- Shovel and move materials
- Safely use hand and power tools and equipment
- Load and unload construction supplies
- Ensure all safety standards are followed when working on construction job sites
- Perform other various site related roles

**About You**
- Minimum 1-year previous construction work experience
- Positive team attitude, open to learn from other skilled tradespeople
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with loader, skid steer, and zoom boom would be an asset
- Level 2 First Aid Certification an asset
- Willing to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong safety mindset with the ability to follow safe work procedures
- Have CSA approved steel toed work boots
- BCCSA Traffic Control Person ticket
