The outreach coordinator's responsibilities include data collection and analysis, representing our organization during competition planning, and trade fairs, organizing media events, fundraising, coordinating volunteer activities, and other events.

**Role Summary**
- Reach out and connect to Media
- Write the sponsorship proposal and find sources of funds, such as sponsorships or grants

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- University degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, social services, or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in the field may be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Experience with institutional databases, public access sites, research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional team player
- Knowledge of writing proposals for funding and sponsorships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NEPEAN, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
