**Position**: Bilingual Sites Admin
**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm EST (additional hours may be required based off business needs).
**Type**:Full Time; 1 Year fixed-Term Contract

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:
- Responsible for handling all site related requests and processes accurately and efficiently
- Handle site inquires and complaints
- Liaise with client support group for all site related complaints from clients
- Liaise with sites throughout diplomatically, while maintaining a strong and effective relationship
- Be proficient in finding and setting-up new sites, this includes the co-ordination of training for sites
- Responsible for handling site supply orders, new site set-ups and site cancellations
- Ensure services are compliant with all applicable legislation
- Ability to negotiate and persuade sites to meet pricing objectives
- Follow DriverCheck’s policies and procedures
- Work in conjunction with other department staff to provide efficient process flow across the organization
- Assist in developing and implementing new processes and work flow
- Other duties as may be assigned
**What you need to be successful in the role**:
- Ability to communicate in French both verbally and written is required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills while maintaining quality
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizing and managing time effectively in order to optimize productivity and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in conjunction with co-workers in the customer service department in particular the sites staff to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively on a daily basis
