Keith's Trailer Sales is well established with an impeccable reputation after 9 years of business in Orillia, Ontario before moving to its forever home in Erin, Ontario. We are focused mainly on used, towable fifth wheel, travel and toy hauler trailers and we are very excited to be offering NEW trailers starting Spring 2021 As a family run business, we pride ourselves in offering personal service, competitive prices & quality units that we stand behind. Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible. With every unit that is sold here, we guarantee all of the appliances are working, and provide you with a full walk through, hands on, demonstration of how to operate your new trailer and the appliances.

We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as Sales Representative. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills. If you have a knack for building relationships, closing deals, and a love for the great outdoors, we want you on our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their RV trailer needs and preferences.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our RV trailers, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tours to showcase the quality and functionality of our RV trailers.
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sales agreements that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position our RV trailers in the market.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive, recreational vehicle, or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for outdoor travel and familiarity with RV trailers and camping lifestyle is an asset.
- Must be self-motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a commission-based compensation structure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.
