Eastgate Physiotherapy Sherwood Park was the first physiotherapy clinic in Sherwood Park, Alberta, and has been providing Sherwood Park clients with physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, custom orthotics, and IMS services for more than 35 years.

**URGENTLY HIRING**

We need part-time and full time receptionist/ Aide for our well-established and high-paced physiotherapy clinic. We offer competitive wages. We expect a team player with good and honest work ethics. We promise respect and a great work environment. please forward your resume.

**Reception**:

- Serve clients by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls and messages while providing basic information when needed
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the clinic
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing reports, etc.
- Prepare correspondence and documents according to the clinic procedures
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to the reception and clinic
- Tidy and maintain the clinic including the reception and treatment areas, check-ins, and late return follow-ups

Computer skills including knowledge and experince with MS office required

**Accounting & Web Maintenance**:

- Take payments and accurately handle cash and credit/debit transactions
- Basic accounting, bank deposit, balancing till, cashing out
- Work with our physiotherapy management software

Physiotherapy Aide

Assist the therapist in setting up the treatment and communicate with the therapist and clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
