**Accountability and Scope**:

- Evaluates work orders and ensures that as many have moved into the latest status possible.
- Regular contact with Clients to complete billing by receiving Purchase Orders and/or determines barriers and solutions to keep billing moving through the system.
- Produces reports for Manager to determine status of accounts and billing at various times during the month to determine how it compares with forecast.
- Works with Producers to complete billing in a timely manner.
- Validates the production stages in consultation with Producers, Operations and Sales.
- Day to day follow up of invoicing vs estimate and any amendment arisen from changes in production.
- Day to day maintenance of billing and tracking of outstanding billing for all projects in the facility.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Key position to ensure that billing is always current in ScheduAll.
- Act as liaison between Producers and Client to ensure billing charges are clear.
- This person has to be able to understand the billing workflow so that understand the day-to-day challenges of getting pricing from Sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Film/Television/ Arts and Media Technologies or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Postproduction
- Technical knowledge of video and audio postproduction and related formats
- Ability to manage multiple projects and times of high stress
- Exceptional ability to listen, analyze and make decisions quickly
- High understanding of the value of customer service and natural dedication to offer quality service.
- Ability to organize and work under tight deadlines
- Leadership and reliability
- Natural capacity to respect tight schedules with a sense of priorities
- Initiative and autonomy, leadership, natural ability for team work, multi-tasks, availability, high level of flexibility to adapt to constant changes in production
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, great ability to communicate orally and in written form.
