**Job Opening: Chess Coach**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chess Coach to join our team. As a Chess Coach, you will play a key role in teaching chess to students of various ages and skill levels, helping them develop strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a love for the game.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group chess lessons for students ranging from beginners to advanced players.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and skill levels.
- Prepare students for local and international chess competitions.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize and participate in chess-related events and activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a chess player and/or coach, with a strong understanding of chess theory and strategy.
- Ability to teach chess to students of various ages and abilities, including beginners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- FIDE rating or other recognized chess qualifications are a plus.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
