Welcome to the Three Hearts Club We are excited to announce that we are seeking a Nightlife Manager to help us take our club to the next level. As the Nightlife Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of employees and oversee the operations of one of the most popular nightlife destinations in the city. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry, has a proven track record of success in managing nightclubs or restaurants, and has a deep understanding of customer service and marketing. The Nightlife Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the club runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and guest experience. They will be responsible for managing the club's staff, overseeing events, maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, and developing strategies to attract and retain customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate the club's staff, including bartenders, servers, security personnel, and other employees, ensuring that they deliver high-quality service and uphold the club's standards, occasionally bartend.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers, including creating promotional events, collaborating with local influencers, and maintaining a strong social media presence.
- Oversee the club's daily operations, including managing inventory, handling cash flow, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring that the club has access to high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
- Collaborate with the club's owners and other stakeholders to develop long-term strategic plans for the business.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on nightlife management.
- Proven track record of success in managing nightclubs, bars, or restaurants, including strong financial management skills and a deep understanding of customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees.
- Deep knowledge of local regulations and laws governing the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- A passion for nightlife and a deep understanding of current trends in music, fashion, and culture.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
