SPARK is continuing to grow and we are looking to add an Intake Coordinator to our team, as a part-time employee SPARK Pediatric Services is a private practice in the Durham Region offering a variety of therapies and services for children and their families.

**Location**: This position is flexible to include work-from-home and in-person work in our Oshawa/Whitby offices.

**Hours of work**: Hours of work are part-time (between 10-20 hours/week). Shifts could include daytimes and evening hours, but are flexible around family obligations and other commitments.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Conducting intake phone calls and maintaining detailed and accurate records of clients’ demographic and referral information
- Tracking service provider availability and assigning new clients
- Managing waitlist and caseload lists, and completing discharges
- Maintaining confidentiality of client and office information
- Tidying, organizing, and assisting with light cleaning tasks
- Other administrative duties

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education and experience in an administrative role, preferred
- Comfort with learning new computer software and access to a personal computer
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Takes initiative and works well independently
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
