**What You’ll Do**:
**You’ll act with integrity to**:

- Maintain a clean kitchen by properly washing, sanitizing, and sorting soiled dishes, and prepping food as needed.
- Support the food service operation by keeping the dish area free of clutter and organized and sets up dish stations, including dish washing machines and sinks.

**You’ll support our collaboration as you**:

- Be responsible for washing china, flatware, glassware, kitchen small wares, and other utensils in the In Camera Dining Room/kitchen and catering events.
- Maintain clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
- Ensure that all work areas, equipment, and utensils are maintained in a clean tidy, sanitary and secure manner during and at the end of each shift.
- Assist the chef, cooks, and server staff when required.
- directly responsible for the receiving of goods, including checking for storage, temperature and quality of products;
- storing food and beverage supplies in designated areas;
- Assists with inventory, counting and organizing storage areas and freezers.
- Perform other related activities as required and keep up-to-date on related skill development in order to use any new technologies or processes as required.

**How You Qualify**:
**You demonstrate excellence through your**:

- Adherence to all required health and safety regulations and procedure, and all food safety standards for hygiene, sanitation, and safety.
- Completion of a high school diploma, or certificate or GED or equivalent and up to 6 months or related work experience in a similar environment.
- Completion of Food Safety certification (required)
- Basic understanding of standard practices, methods and procedures of large volume food preparation and service, including knife skills and the use of kitchen equipment.
- Ability to:

- keep an organized and clean workspace and maintaining personal hygiene.
- follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with co-workers and customers.
