**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with a variety of materials including wood and hardware
- Perform tasks such as framing, finishing, and building cabinets
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- Safely operate power tools and equipment
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
- Load and unload materials from pallets by hand and forklift

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Familiarity with workshop equipment such as edgebanders and saws
- Excellent attention to detail and precision craftsmanship
- Certifications such as Red Seal are an asset

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in carpentry techniques and methods
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality
