Division Manager

**SUMMARY**
The Division Managers primary function is to manage, guide and support all aspects and members of the Division. The Division Manager implements strategic plans to grow the business, supports the organization’s profit targets and develops a highly skilled and superior workforce. Additionally, as a trusted, valuable, and integral member of the Gillfor Distribution Management Team, you will be relied upon heavily to support, assist, lead, and work cooperatively with other members of the Gillfor Team.

**PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS**
**Leadership**:
- Responsible for the leadership, development & management of all Staff at the Division.
- Drive performance by setting clear goals for team members, supporting all staff to help them achieve these goals and regularly evaluate performance versus targets & plans.
**Responsibilities**:
- Efficient & profitable execution of all areas that fall under the Division.
- Strive to ensure that the highest level of service and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Maintain and implement standard operating procedures & processes as established by Gillfor
- Drive business process improvements for day-to-day work of the Division
**Standards of performance**
- Business Degree, Post-Secondary Diploma, and/or related industry experience.
- Situational leadership.
- Travel/Transportation may be required to visit/seek current and potential clients - valid driver’s license.
**Working Conditions**
- Gross base salary range to start $100,000 - $150,000.
- Discretionary bonus, Car Allowance, Business Fuel Expenses, Health/Dental Benefits.
- Full-time Monday to Friday on location site.
- Report directly to VP.
