**Halifax’s leading landscape company, Edmonds, is hiring workers for the spring season (6 - 8 week term).**

Are you energetic, detail-oriented and enjoy gardening? Edmonds Landscape is hiring full-time labourers for the spring season (6 - 8 week term) in our landscape gardening and maintenance division. The main focus of these team members will be flower-planting - no direct experience necessary.

Edmonds offers:

- Competitive hourly wages
- Weekly pay cycle
- Overtime during peak seasons
- Uniform and standard personal protective equipment are provided
- Training

Tasks may include:

- Manual Labour (flower planting, gardening, sweeping, raking, pruning, and related activities)
- Use of landscaping equipment (tillers, blowers, hedge trimmers)
- Use of grass-cutting equipment (trimmers, self-propelled hand & walk-behind mowers, ride-on mowers)
- Energetic, love the outdoors, and working hard in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and take pride in a job well done
- Attentive to detail and process
- Can listen to and follow instructions
- Enthusiastic and prepared for a physically demanding career
- Dependable and willing to show up to work on time
- Safety conscious and fit for work
- Owns good-fitting steel toed boots.

Contract length: 6-8 weeks

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
