**Jr. Construction Estimator**

As a highly regarded professional contractor, Eurowood specializes in the framing stage of the project. We offer exceptional structural integrity and design for every project.

**Overall responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist with creating detailed cost estimate by analyzing structural and architectural drawings.
- Completing final cost estimates of a project through the use of in-house software system, incorporating all labour, equipment, and material data, pricing documentation, overhead and profits markets, and produce a final tender submission for review and approval.
- Act as liaison with external consultants and project management organizations to estimate project budget requirements and coordinates tender development process on behalf of clients.
- Assemble detailed quotes for potential projects and budget presentation reports.
- Procure and review project PO’S and PE’s from builders.
- Develop new client relationships while maintaining our current client base.
- Communicating with clients, consultants, engineers throughout the bidding portion of potential projects.
- Analyze documents, specifications, proposals, addendums in preparation for pricing.
- Procure quotes for subcontract work and materials.
- Develop budgets for labour and equipment.
- Perform any estimate related work communications with clients.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in engineering, construction or related field is an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must possess strong communication and time management skills and be self-motivated
- Must be able to work in high pressure situations under tight deadlines with great attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,243.94-$65,764.30 per year
