Painting Estimator

Medium size painting company seeks an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE of painting & wall covering industry.
**Qualifications**:
- **Estimating experience is a must.**
- Strong computer skills in **Planswift, **Excel and MS Word.
- Minimum 5 years experience in high rise residential construction.
- Good organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Quantity Take-offs.
- Review of Tender documents & drawings and Addendums.
- Review of Site Instructions & Change orders.
- Project Co-ordination.
- Liaise with suppliers, architects & designers.

This is a full time permanent position **by CONTRACT**
