As a Production Worker with Quality Assurance Responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the consistent production of safe and top-quality cannabis gummies. You will be responsible for performing various tasks in the production process while adhering to strict quality control procedures and regulatory guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:
Production Tasks:

- Operate and monitor production equipment, such as mixers, dispensers, and packaging machines.
- Follow detailed instructions and recipes to ensure accurate ingredient measurements and product consistency.
- Perform tasks such as mixing, pouring, molding, and packaging cannabis gummies.
- Monitor production lines for any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities and report them to the supervisor.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizing raw materials and packaging supplies.

Quality Assurance:

- Adhere to strict quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the production process to identify any deviations or defects.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a clean and hygienic production environment.
- Monitor and record critical control points, such as temperature, humidity, and product weight, to ensure product integrity.
- Participate in product testing and analysis, including sensory evaluations and laboratory tests, to verify product quality.
- Assist in investigations of any quality incidents or customer complaints, providing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications:

- University Degree or equivalent; additional certifications or training in quality assurance or food safety is a plus.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, GMP, and SOPs.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot deviations or defects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
