We are a medium-sized general contracting company that works on small TI's, large youth centres, strip malls, restaurants, multifamily projects, and large custom homes.

**Skills/Requirements**
- Proven experience as a site Carpenter (minimum 5 years)
- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction from start to finish

**Who You Are**
- Gets stuff DONE
- Listen, comprehend, and report directly to site superintendent
- estimate materials for site tasks
- takes care of company tools
- Willing to push a broom when required
- Know how to build a set of stairs, hang doors, efficient at back framing.
- Can use a nail gun without shooting themselves or others.
- Is self-motivated and requires mínimal supervision
- Can follow a punch list and ensure that all items get completed
- Physical fit, able to easily lift 50lbs
- Must have driver’s license and own transportation
- Willingness to always follow safety guidelines
- Good knowledge of English
- Good understanding of basic math

**Salary**

Will be based on experience, plus benefit package

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
