**We are hiring two Grain Operations / Process Workers for our Norwich, ON facility.**

**Job Type**: Full time
**Shift**: 1st and 2nd, shift work is a must.
**Compensation**: Based on work experience

**Position Overview**:
This position is responsible for performing operations tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operation of elevator system including receiving grain from farmers and wholesale customers
- Safe operation of grain dryers and aeration systems, cleaners and all shipping and receiving legs and pits in the elevator
- Contributes to customer service, grain conditioning and general facility upkeep
- General preventative elevator maintenance
- Diligently follows all safety policies and procedures and ensures safety is the first priority on every work assignment and all job tasks

**What is expected of you and others at this level**:

- Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience
- Works within established procedures
- Completes work with a moderate degree of supervision

**Minimum Qualifications & Skills**
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- No experience required, training will be provided

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
