CWP is a lumber trading business (buys/sells and organizes the transport of lumber across North America and beyond). We buy and sell commodity lumber for the construction industry. Our clients are large lumber retailers, contractors and truss manufacturers in Canada and the United States.

**As a Lumber Trader, you will**:

- Build relationships with suppliers & clients - cold calling is essential;
- Negotiate the purchase & sale of lumber across North America;
- Monitor market trends to capitalize on purchasing and sales opportunities;
- Closely work with Logistics and Operations to ensure trades are executed efficiently;
- Provide great customer service.

**Profiles we are looking for**:

- Due to the territories covered by the job, you must be fluent in English, both written and oral (Essential);
- You have experience in customer service (Essential);
- You pay exceptional attention to detail and have an acute sense of ownership;
- You have an effective communication & negotiation skills;
- You are able to effectively manage a multitude of tasks while keeping all parties involved;
- You have a Diploma/Degree in Business/Logistics and/or experience in Sales or transportation/logistics (Asset);

**En tant que Négociant(e) de bois, tu seras amené(e) à**:

- Développer et maintenir des relations d’affaires solides avec les fournisseurs et les clients pour acquérir de nouveaux marchés;
- Appels à froids essentiels;
- Négocier les prix d’achats et de ventes de bois d'œuvre à travers l’Amérique de Nord;
- Surveiller les tendances du marché;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec ton équipe de logistique;
- Offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair.

**Les profils que nous cherchons**:

- Dû aux territoires couverts par le travail, tu dois bien maitriser l'anglais, et ce, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (Essentiel);
- Tu as de l'expérience en service à la clientèle (Essentiel);
- Tu portes attention aux détails et as un fort sens de la responsabilité;
- Tu as d'excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation;
- Tu es capable de gérer efficacement une multitude de tâches tout en maintenant la participation de toutes les parties;
- Tu possèdes un diplôme et/ou de l’expérience en commerce/transport/logistique/vente (Atout).
