We are looking for a Machine Builder with 8 to 15 years of work experience to join our busy and growing team. The Contract Machine Builder will be responsible for building machines and assembly line components, as well as repairing and maintaining exisitng machines. This position requires a wide variety of skills, including expertise in PLC Allen Bradley, pneumatics, and debugging.

The Machine Builder will be responsible for assembling and wiring machines to customer specifications. They must be experienced with working with various materials, such as metal, plastic, rubber, and electrical components. The Contract Machine Builder must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams in order to build machines and components accurately and efficiently.

The Machine Builder will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any malfunctions or damages that occur to machines. They must be able to diagnose the root cause of the problem and use their expertise in PLC Allen Bradley and pneumatics to repair the machine. They must also be able to test newly repaired components to ensure that they are functioning properly.

The Machine Builder will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and standards while working with machines. They must be knowledgeable of OSHA standards and regulations, and must be able to identify potential safety hazards and take necessary precautions to avoid them. They must also be able to provide safety training and guidance to other workers.

The Machine Builder must be able to work with a team of engineers, technicians, and other machine builders. They must be able to communicate effectively and collaborate with the team to ensure that machines are built and repaired correctly and efficiently. They must also be able to provide feedback and suggestions to improve machines and processes.
