- Reporting to the canteen manager and Sous Chef’s, the canteen supervisors are responsible for all guest facing operation procedures._

**Responsibilities**:

- Enforce the day-to-day execution of these systems. This includes but is not limited to: front line food & beverage stations (pizza, bar, line & ice cream), bar cart, all food & beverage displays, cash handling procedures, pre-shifts, daily operations game plan.
- Ensure staff are adhering to food safety guidelines and company standards regarding health and safety.
- Provide constructive feedback to staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Report any Repair and maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain cooler maintenance/upkeep. Communicate product concerns immediately to sous chefs and/or management.
- Ensure timesheets are up-to-date and approved at the end of shift twice daily.
- Staff delegation, staff coaching, labour, extra cleaning, shipping, and receiving.
- Ensuring cash policies are followed and maintained. Ensuring documentation is filled out properly and submitted to finance at the end of each month.
- Maintaining filing such as temp logs and communicating any issues directly with management
- Managing Treat Factory systems, staffing, training, and frequent communication.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Must Haves**
- Food Handling and Smart Serve certifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Highly motivated to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.

**Nice to Haves**
- Minimum 2 years cooking experience
- Experience in a leadership role considered an asset.
- Culinary school diploma.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$47,500.00 per year
