Reporting to the General Manager, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. The incumbent will be responsible to manage orders, follow up with internal departments and ensure coordination from our customers to internal departments.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will perform the following tasks:

- Collect and analyze customer transportation circuit data;
- Responsible in updating the Company’s tracking systems;
- Identify problems and implement solutions using data results;
- Collect and analyze safety data;
- Lead and/or participate in safety reviews, risk assessments, safety tracking;
- Promote safety in the field for all departments and on projects;
- Work with management to support Safety Management System compliance with support of from engineering team, track and communicate engineering requirements for our customers in the short, medium, and long-term;
- Ensure engineering requirements are communicated and monitored;
- Lead procurement and invoicing information management;
- Create reports and build business cases from data analysis when required;
- Provide customer support with initiatives for improvement;
- Assist in monitoring and planning for current and future equipment needs;
- Provide support in tracking certain financial data;
- All other related tasks.

**Position Requirements**:

- University degree in logistics (asset) or relevant experience.
- Bilingual - French & English, oral and written (asset)
- Proficient in MS OFFICE.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Be resourceful, meticulous, and organized.
