**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Triton Environmental Consultants Ltd. (“Triton”) is seeking a highly - motivated and enthusiastic individual for an entry level **Database Administration and Design** position to join a well-established team of environmental professionals in our **Vancouver, BC** office.
- Work under the direction of the Database Application Developer/Administrator to perform various database related tasks.
- Work with technical teams and project managers to understand database use case scenarios.
- Managing, monitoring, and maintaining company databases
- Support the creation, modification, and management of various databases to meet business needs.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- A diploma, or certificate in computer studies with a focus on database administration, management, and design.
- A keen attention to detail, a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to confidently communicate ideas to an audience of peers and managers.
- 1 to less than 2 years experience with relational databases
- Preference will be given to those with experience with FileMaker.

**HOW TO APPLY**

Hybrid work schedule, up to 2 days being able to work remotely and 3 days in the office.
