**Position Description**

Reporting to the Farm Supervisor, Farm Associates are instrumental in the growth, harvest, and handling of each crop. They will be working in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Plant bulbs and seeds
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
- Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides
- Report signs of insect or disease damage
- Clean work area
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Harvest crops
- Visually inspect and handle fresh vegetable/fruit; grade by identifying different ripening stages, sizes and classification and package according to Company specification
- Communicate frequently with team lead; report quality issues, damage, shortages of product or packaging
- Comply with SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety, d Safety, and company policies and procedures; ensure standards consistently meet expectations.

- Being comfortable with heights
- Able to operate in various temperature conditions
- Perform routine tasks that may involve handling heavy loads that are physically demanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable with standing for extended periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching
