Ece Helper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Helper to join our team. As a Helper, you will assist in providing care and education to children in a classroom setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience working with children and an interest in early childhood education.

**Duties**:

- Assist teachers in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Assist with mealtime routines, including serving meals and snacks
- Support children with personal care tasks, such as diapering and toileting
- Collaborate with teachers to assess children's development and progress
- Provide positive reinforcement and guidance to encourage social skills and appropriate behavior

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in the well-being of children
- Strong organizational skills to assist with classroom management
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the classroom

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
