**Responsibilities**
- Assist with parts shipping, receiving and invoicing.
- Answer phones and book service appointments.
- Work with service advisor to ensure parts are ready for client appointments.
- Take customer requests for parts and work with manager to provide accurate and timely quotes.
- Assist with repair estimates and quotes.
- Assist with customer follow up calls.
- Filing and administrative tasks.
- Deliver parts to our technicians as needed.
- Help keep parts and service areas clean and well organized.
- Assist with parts inventory organization.
- Learn parts and service aspects of our computer system.
- Participate in continuous training opportunities to develop parts and service knowledge and continue career growth.
- Other duties as required.
