Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests? If so, then you might be the next great Arcade Attendant to join our dynamic team. Our **Arcade Attendants** are entertainment enthusiasts committed to personalized service and a fun/safe gaming environment

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet all guests with a smile
- Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
- Assist in maintaining presentation and working condition of the arcade games
- Inform guests about current offering and specials and practice suggestive upselling to elevate the arcade experience
- Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
- Communicate with team leaders and managers
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Guest service oriented
- Friendly, energetic, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingston, ON K7L 1H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
