**Job Summary**
Godin Productions is currently seeking a full-time Kongsberg Machine Operator to join our team, for long term opportunity with lots of room to grow and advance within the company. We will provide training and support as required to grow your skill set. This position requires a reliable and a self-motivated individual that is organized, hard-working and detail oriented.

**General**

This would be an afternoon or overnight shift (both are available and there is a premium paid for these shift slots)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare / Startup / Shutdown - both cutting tables, glue guns first thing in the morning and end of the day.
- First cut/crease approval checks / blade cutting sharpness or replacement.
- Ongoing monitoring of Kongsberg as sheets are running.
- Flipping sheets for feeding into Kongsberg.
- Loading and unloading sheets.
- Stripping of materials when cutting complete.
- Creating Packing slips using GPL. Advising required parties of the order being complete immediately once completed.
- Confirming the Kongsberg PO to the order received on the floor. Die lines / sheet counts / versions etc.
- Reporting and discrepancies or issues to the PM’s Steve, and Isaac that relate to a specific job. Not machine elements.
- Document specific time to cut each die line, provide details to Steve.
- Ensure clear communication between Godin Productions and CPGI for moving and shipping materials.
- Keeping a clean working space for the Kongsberg Cutter.
- Machine maintenance / wear document.
- Maintain and keep dust off the Kongsberg cutting table (minimum once a week).
- Ensure the pass way around the c64 Cutting table remain open, remove any displays or sample off this area when they are not needed.

**KPI’s for year #1**
- Seamlessly be running the Kongsberg without assistance.
- Seamless execution of material movement within CPGI.
