**In this role you will**:

- Assist the legal team in the analysis of personal data confidentiality cases and implement a personal data management program;
- Assist the legal team in legal document drafting related to personal data confidentiality and/or technological aspects (IT);
- Assist the legal team in risk management analysis related to personal data confidentiality;
- Assist the legal team in their guidance of operational and corporate teams on legal matters in various fields linked to their respective activities ( including personal data confidentiality, consumer law ) and perform all the appropriate legal research;
- Follow the evolution of the different laws related to personal data confidentiality in order to assist in the preparation of our in-house teams;
- Follow the evolution of various cases in order to provide a full report to the Head of legal affairs;
- Legal fields: Business, personal data confidentiality, contract law, general civil law.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor of Law degree
- Having successfully completed the Bar Of Quebec exam and be eligible for the Bar’s internship;
- Excellent skills in French and English, both written and spoken (most of the contacts are in English);
- Good skills in legal text drafting
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Proficient in time management and prioritization;
- Thoroughness, professionalism and ability to respect confidentiality;
- Proficiency in the Office suite;
- Legal experience is an asset
- Knowledge of the gaming industry is an asset.

**Dans ce rôle vous devrez**:

- Assister l'équipe juridique dans l’analyse des dossiers de protection de vie privée et la mise en œuvre d’un programme de gestion de la vie privée;
- Assister l'équipe juridique dans la rédaction de documents juridiques qui traitent de renseignements personnels et-ou des aspects technologique (IT);
- Assister l'équipe juridique dans les analyses de risque en matière de protection des renseignements personnels
- Assister l'équipe juridique dans l’accompagnement des équipes opérationnelles et corporatives sur des questions juridiques dans divers domaines pouvant toucher leurs activités (notamment la protection de la vie privée, droit de la consommation) et effectuer toutes recherches juridiques connexes;
- Suivre l'évolution des différentes lois, en matière de protection des renseignements personnels et confidentialité, pour assister à la préparation de formations pour les équipes internes ;
- Suivre l'évolution de différents dossiers en vue d'en faire rapport à la Cheffe des affaires juridiques
- Domaines de droit : Affaires, protection des renseignements personnels, droit des contrats, droit civil général.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Baccalauréat en droit ;
- Avoir complété avec succès l’école du Barreau du Québec et être admissible au stage du Barreau ;
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit et à l’oral (la grande majorité des contrats étant en anglais) ;
- Bonne capacité à rédiger des textes légaux ;
- Excellente capacité de collaboration et de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Capacité à prioriser et à gérer efficacement son temps ;
- Rigueur, professionnalisme et habileté à respecter la confidentialité ;
- Maîtrise de la suite Office;
- Expérience dans le domaine de droit, un atout;
- Connaissance dans l’industrie des jeux vidéos, un atout.
