As we expand across Canada and the USA, we're looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Administrator to join our team and help us continue providing exceptional service to our clients.

As an Inside Sales and Administrator, you'll wear multiple hats to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. Here's what you'll be doing:
**Inside Sales Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating with our production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to our clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, including updating customer information and order statuses in our CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Keeping abreast of product updates, pricing changes, and promotions to effectively communicate them to clients.

**Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Managing administrative tasks to support the brand team, including organizing paperwork, maintaining records, and updating customer information in our CRM system.
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations, such part deliveries, Bunkie pick-ups etc.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in both sales and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively and communicate clearly with internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- A customer-focused mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suites and experience with CRM software.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
