**Position Overview**:
As a Foreman Plumber at Canstar, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of dedicated plumbers. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of plumbers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute plumbing projects efficiently and within budget.
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide expert guidance to your team.
- Train and mentor junior plumbers, nurturing their skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid plumbing journeyman/woman certificate.
- Proven experience as a Foreman Plumber or in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and current industry standards.
- Dedication to safety and quality workmanship.
- Commercial construction experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $47.50-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
