Support Worker

**Casual (2): Shifts may be days, afternoons, evenings, and include weekends and holidays.**

Working under the direction of the Residential Supervisor, RSW's contribute to the improvement of the quality of life for persons with developmental and/or physical disabilities through community inclusion programs and residential supports using the personalized support plans for each individual.

After successful completion of a 3-month probation period employees are eligible for group benefits and the Municipal Pension Plan.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Legally entitled to work in Canada (Valid work permit, permanent residency, Canadian citizenship).
- **Class 5 BC Driver's License**
- **Proof of double Covid-19 vaccination**
**- Valid Level 1 First and CPR certificate**
- Satisfactory BC Driver’s Abstract.
- Consent to a Criminal Record Check and satisfactory report.
- Physician's certificate of fitness for duty.
