**Responsibilities**:

- Level 4 or higher Plumber/Gasfitter with extensive experience in the Plumbing field.
- Experience in residential plumbing and service is a must
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- Must be willing to provide a criminal record check
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Be able to learn quickly
- Be able to lift heavy objects
- Be willing to learn from experienced plumbers
- Understand the importance of using safety equipment
- Need to be able to keep a clean and organized worksite
- Be punctual and reliable
- This position will require working out of town. The applicant must be willing to work out of town for consecutive days in a row on a as needed basis. Travel will be approximately 15% of the time.

**Job duties include**:

- New residential construction (must be able to complete, organize, and supervise new residential rough-ins including plumbing, sheet metal/duct work installations, setting new fixtures)
- Renovations (custom kitchen, bathrooms)
- Furnace installation/services (the successful applicant should possess the skills and experience necessary to diagnose and successfully service/install residential furnaces)
- Air conditioning installations/services (the successful applicant should possess the skills and experience necessary to diagnose and successfully service/install residential air conditioning units)
- Water Heater Service/Installations (the successful applicant should possess the skills and experience necessary to diagnose and successfully service/install residential water heaters)
- Installation/services of water systems (pump systems) on acreages surrounding Martensville and area
- Experience/knowledge with boilers is considered an asset
- commercial HVAC experience also considered an asset but residential experience is considered a must

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
