Formwork Carpenter

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Perform renovations and restorations on residential and commercial properties.
- Construct frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
- Execute concrete forming and finishing tasks as needed.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Operate heavy equipment for lifting and moving materials on-site.
- Read and interpret blueprints or schematics to determine project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing heavy lifting tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in renovation techniques with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Experience with concrete finishing processes is preferred.
- Ability to operate various power tools safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of concrete forming methods is a plus.
- Strong skills in building structures according to specifications.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for construction purposes.
- Ability to read schematics accurately to follow project plans effectively.
- Experience in restoring existing structures while maintaining their integrity.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as required by the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
