Craft has a deep-rooted understanding of how to foster a safe, fun and welcoming living environment for tenants, while providing owners with first class property management services.
- **Essential Functions**_

**Front Desk**
- Understanding how to manage access control in a luxury building setting
- Responsible for greeting and welcoming residents
- Professionally and courteously handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns from residents (current and prospective) and follow up accordingly
- Act as the point of reference for residents who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
- Understand residents’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities available on site and in the local area
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises in addition to nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
- Assist for on-site events and amenity bookings
- Respond to emergency situations and contact the appropriate individuals for support
- Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas
- Provide administrative support to the building management team
- Assist with the move in/move out process
- Other duties as assigned

**Education** - Minimum high school diploma
**Experience** - 2+ years of related customer service experience
**Relationship Skills** - Ability to communicate effectively; mature and self-motivated team player
**Professionalism **- Maintain a presentable appearance at all times and have a positive attitude
**Culture** - Ability to work with a diverse group of people and interests while being culturally aware
**Organizational** - Ability to work independently and with little supervision
**Communication** - Outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
**Software** - Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Yardi is considered an asset

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N6G 2B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
