What will be your daily pursuit?:
Supporting Pursuit employees through the coordination and management of staff accomodation allocations.
- This is a full-time, seasonal job opportunity until October 31, 2023 with the possibility of extension._

What will you do in this job?:

- Coordinate staff accommodation arrivals with People & Culture and department managers
- Organize and schedule move-in and move-outs as well as inspections with tenants
- Support health and safety initiatives
- Administration of the central housing database
- Assistance with weekly property inspections
- Coordinate routine maintenance work orders
- Assign keys to new tenants
- Admin and routine maintenance tasks as assigned by the Housing Manager
- Occasional travel to the Icefield and Jasper

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

- Organizational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Meet tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Empathetic approach, excellent communication and listening skills
