As a Labourer your role is to oversee the functions noted in bold below. A summary of responsibilities within each function are also outlined.

**Safety**
- Ensure all safety requirements are followed and met, striving for zero safety incidents
- Abide by the Stolk Construction H&S Manual, as well as the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction Projects
- Report any jobsite injury and/or illness in an immediate manner to the appropriate Supervisor and/or Operations Support

**Knowledge of Work and Ability**
- Understand your role and responsibilities as they relate to a specific project
- Advise General Foreman / Supervisor onsite of any tasks you are being asked to perform that you are untrained in
- Take advantage of opportunities to learn from those onsite
- Maintain a can-do attitude

**Quality**
- Ensure the proper level of quality is maintained while also attaining the outlined timelines of the task
- Communicate material and equipment needs to the General Foremen / Supervisor in a proactive manner
- Track and properly manage all company tools and equipment assigned to you
- Follow instruction in an effort to complete tasks correctly the first time
- Be open minded to coaching and development opportunities
- Submit accurately completely paperwork in a timely manner

**Communication**
- Detailed, on-going, timely communications with General Foreman / Supervisor**This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities associated with the role. Other job-related duties may be assigned on an ongoing basis.**

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
