General Construction Laborer

Job Summary:
Pinder Construction is seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of construction projects.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

**Skills**:

- Ability to lift 50lbs consistently and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to drive with a trailer/ reverse with trailer is an asset
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to work well with a team and follow direction from site supervisor
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid "G" license and a clean driver's abstract
- May be required to complete a criminal background check

Must have experience

Hours vary and wage is negotiable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
