**Job Description: Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative / Appointment Setting**

Join our team at Harry's Home Comfort as a Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative / Appointment Setter. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to engage with homeowners, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our solar specialists. You'll be the face of our company, representing our commitment to sustainability and excellence with every interaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Door-to-Door Sales**: Engage with homeowners in designated neighbourhoods, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy and our company's offerings.
**- Educate Homeowners**:Clearly and effectively communicate the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and increased home value.
**- Appointment Setting**:Schedule appointments for our solar specialists to conduct personalized consultations with interested homeowners.
**- Lead Generation**: Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking events, and other outreach efforts to expand our customer base.
**- Customer Relationship Management**:Maintain positive relationships with potential customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
**- Follow-Up**:Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and facilitate the progression of sales opportunities.
**- Documentation and Reporting**: Accurately document sales activities, appointments scheduled, and customer interactions in our CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and performance.
**- Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, solar technology advancements and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
