Job Description

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Issuing the receipts
- Setting up new accounts in system
- Collecting the Credit information
- Fill out the credit analysis template
- Sending all denounciation requests
- Attaching all documents in the ERP
- Develop and maintain teamwork
- Other duties as assigned by the Credit Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position dealing with high volume in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in finance, accounting and administration or other relevant education is preferred
- Must have experience reading and analyzing Equifax, Dun and Bradstreet reports for risk assessment/credit granting
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook (MS Office)
- Excellent Communication skills both spoken and written
- Professional and courteous phone manner
- Motivated and results-oriented
- Must be able work independently
- Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions in a timely manner
- Credit experience in the construction industry is an asset
- Must have exemplary multi-tasking and time management skills
